Dr. Nabours has
practiced electrical engineering for over 47 years. He has served as a forensic electrical engineer for the past 36 years and has authored
numerous papers on electrical and electronic engineering including three
books on forensic
electrical engineering.
Dr. Nabours has provided technical
expertise to attorneys and insurance companies in over 22 states and has
testified more than fifty times in State and Federal Courts.
He has served
as a consultant to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Air Force,
U.S. Marine Corps Dept. of the Navy, U.S. Postal Service, various cities
and counties in Arizona, the U.S. Veterans Administration, various Arizona
Public School Districts, the Smithsonian Institution, and the University of
Arizona.
